Visual essay - research

Atoms For Peace from Stuart Langfield on Vimeo.

A short visual essay, based on eyewitness accounts of the bombings in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, including that of Seizo Yamada, whose famous ground level photo was taken 7km northeast of Hiroshima.

Shot on a Canon 7D, paint was used to attempt to visually represent the descriptions. One of the survivors described the moment after the blast as feeling like they were hit with thickly mixed paint.

I was thinking about the idea of my visual essay. Don't know how to put some words in the video and thoes words is presenting the introduion, 3 practitioner etc. But I found this today. Figer out that thoes sentence can be essential, doesen't be too long and complex.
